Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Coral & Sage LLC ("I," "me," or "my") collects when you visit my websites, join my coaching program, or contact me, and what I do with it. It covers my coaching program, Become Your Brand Studio, and my website.

Information I collect

What you give me

Your name, email address, phone number and mailing address when you inquire, enroll or sign the Client Agreement.
What you share during coaching: your Voxer messages and voice recordings, what you say on Studio Sessions, and any documents or screenshots you send me. This can include details about your business, goals and personal story.
Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. I do not see or store your full card number.
Anything you send when you fill out a form or email me.

What is collected automatically when you visit my website

Your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view and the links you click.
Information from cookies and similar tools, described in the Cookies section below.

What I do not collect on purpose

I do not ask for government ID numbers, bank account numbers, or health information. Please do not send them to me.

How I use your information

I use your information to:

Deliver your coaching: reply to your Voxer messages, schedule and hold Studio Sessions, and keep track of your progress.
Process payments and send receipts.
Answer your questions and send program-related messages.
Send you marketing emails, if you have signed up for them.
Understand how my website is used and improve it.
Protect against fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.

I do not sell your personal information. I do not use your coaching messages for advertising.

AI tools and your messages

I use AI tools to help me review, transcribe and summarize your Voxer messages so I can support you better. The tools I use for this are: Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic.

I choose tools that do not use your content to train their AI models. I do not enter your payment information or home address into them, and I do not use your messages for any other purpose.

Who I share information with

I share information only with the companies that help me run my business, and only for that purpose. They are:

Funnel Gorgeous hosts my website, forms, checkout, scheduling and marketing emails. It receives what you type into forms, booking details, purchase records, your email address and visit data.
Stripe (through Funnel Gorgeous checkout) processes card payments. It receives your name, email, card and billing details.
Voxer carries our coaching messages. It receives your messages and voice recordings.
Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Meet) the emails you send me, and the audio and video of Studio Sessions held on Meet, including any recording.
Claude (Anthropic) helps me review messages. It receives your coaching messages.

I may also share information if the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect someone's safety. If I ever sell or transfer my business, your information may transfer with it.

Cookies, pixels and analytics

My website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. I use them to make the site work. Funnel Gorgeous, which hosts my site, may also use cookies to run its features. My website does not currently use advertising pixels or advertising cookies. If that changes, I will update this policy first.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may make parts of my site stop working.

Affiliate links

I may recommend products or services through affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the company may pay me a commission at no extra cost to you. When I do, I will tell you that a link is an affiliate link. When you click one, the other company may place cookies on your device and learn that I sent you. That company's own privacy policy governs what it does with that information. I am currently signed up as an affiliate for Funnel Gorgeous.

Marketing emails and texts

I send marketing emails only to people who signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and I honor unsubscribes promptly. Program and payment messages are not marketing, so you will still receive them while you are a client.

My marketing emails are sent through Funnel Gorgeous, which may record whether you open an email and which links you click. I use this to see what is useful and to stop emailing people who are not reading. You can unsubscribe at any time.

I do not send marketing text messages.

Security and how long I keep information

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. Card payments go through Stripe, so I do not receive your card number. I use strong passwords on the accounts that hold client information. No system is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed without permission. If something happens that affects your information, I will tell you as soon as I reasonably can and as the law requires.

I keep your information only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver your coaching, run my business, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, unless the law requires or permits me to keep it longer. I keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires. Marketing email addresses stay on my list until you unsubscribe.

Your rights and how to ask

You can ask me to:

Tell you what personal information I hold about you and send you a copy.
Correct information that is wrong.
Delete your information.
Stop sending you marketing.

Email [email protected] with your request. I may need to confirm it is really you. I will respond within the time required by law. In some cases I must keep certain records, such as payment records, and I will tell you if that applies.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. Contact me and I will tell you what I can do.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, European data protection law gives you extra rights over your personal information. This section applies to you.

Who is responsible for your information. I am the controller of your personal information. My contact details are at the end of this policy.

Why I can use your information. The law requires a reason for each use. Mine are:

To carry out our agreement: delivering coaching, taking payment and answering your messages.
My legitimate interests: running and improving my business, keeping my website secure, and sending you information about similar services. You can object to this at any time.
Your consent: marketing emails, and cookies that are not strictly needed. You can withdraw consent at any time, and doing so does not affect what I did before.
Legal obligations: keeping tax and accounting records.

Your rights. You can ask me to give you access to your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how I use it, send it to you or another company in a usable format, or stop using it for certain purposes. You can also object to my use of it. Email [email protected] and I will respond within the time required by law.

Moving information to the United States. I am based in the U.S., and so are many of my tools. If you are in Europe, your information is transferred to the U.S. when you use my services.

Complaints. If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, please contact me first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Age, visitors outside the U.S., changes and contact

Age. My program and websites are for people 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.

Outside the U.S. I am based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you use my services from another country, you understand your information will be transferred to the U.S.

Changes. If I change this policy, I will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. If a change is significant, I will email current clients.
